patterns?
A...Paper patterns are the traditional
patterns, printed on paper, and packaged in a zip top bag. They
are mailed to you via the United States Postal Service, to your
specified mailing address.
Q...What are ePatterns?
A...ePatterns are the same traditional
pattern, compressed into a PDF file, then emailed to you. You then
print the pattern from your printer, and use it as you would the paper
pattern.
Q...How long will it take
to receive my paper patterns in the mail?
A...Mailed paper pattern orders are processed and
shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 3 business days.
Q...How long will it take
to receive my e-Patterns?
A...e-Patterns
are INSTANT DOWNLOAD. Once your payment is complete, your
epatterns will instantly arrive in your email, ready to download and
print.
Q...Do you mail/ship
Chestnut Junction paper patterns worldwide?
A...No.
We mail/ship paper patterns to the USA and Canada only.
International epattern orders are welcome.
Q...May I sell the
finished item that I have made from my Chestnut Junction pattern?
A...Yes. You may sell limited quantities
at shows, in shops, and on the internet. We don't require that you
give us credit as the designer, but we very much appreciate when you
do. No mass production of finished product it permitted.
Q...May I digitize my
Chestnut Junction pattern for machine embroidery?
A...No.
All of our patterns/designs
are copyrighted artwork.
Q...May I resell my
Chestnut Junction pattern online?
A...No. We prohibit the resale of our
patterns online....this includes but is not limited to eBay and other
auction sites, your personal website, and any competitive pattern sites.
Q...Do you offer Wholesale
ordering on Chestnut Junction patterns?
A...Yes. We accept wholesale orders for
actual brick & mortar stores only. We do not wholesale for the
purpose of reselling online. Minimum order is $150.00 before your

Q...Does Chestnut Junction have a
mail order catalog?
A...No. At this time, our entire pattern
inventory is online only.
Q...Can I place my Chestnut
Junction pattern order by telephone?
A...No. We do not process phone
orders. If you do not wish to place your order online, simply
print out our "printable
order form", and mail along with your payment.
